The weather was perfect today. Grader Craig accomplished much. He has dug out the dirt from the pad area, removed “a few” rocks from it, and then recompacted it. A house needs to be built on a “solid” foundation, but these “little stones” are not quite what we want the support piles to rest on.
Doc and I did some interfacing with the various utility companies and the City as well. Doc found a penny under a bench when we arrived at City Hall.
We turned in some cans and plastics at the recycling center. Found a dime and penny there.
No time for Penny Tales. I have other things to do. Currently writing a letter to all the new neighbors to say hello and let them know how to contact us if needed.

You artfully arrange the boulders in the back yard, put speakers under them, then invite people over for a rock concert.
