Doc and Sparky collected a penny when they went to Subway Sandwiches and Starbucks for their breakfast.
I left the house for only a few minutes today. Ran to the hardware store to get rubber washers to fix a leaky faucet. Did a Sing-Sing when stepping out of the truck. (Didn’t want to goof around today - just get the job done) Found a penny in the parking lot.
Spent some time today cleaning up two windows which will be put into the new lawn shed. One was new, the other was “gently used”.

Doc was at school most of the day preparing for his classes. At one point a bird flew into his office. He told it to go back out because it didn’t belong in there. The bird flew out, but then was confused and could not figure out how to get out of the atrium area. So Doc talked to the bird. It finally let Doc cup it in his hands and carry it out where it could fly free. Doc is such a sweet, gentle guy. Even little birds trust him.
